Pack your lunch and join this informal round table discussion led by visiting Thoreau scholar and performer, Dr. Kevin Radaker at the Granville Historical Society.  Learn about the progression of Thoreau's resistance to slavery and his responses to various social crises of his time by way of his three anti-slavery essays: 'Civil Disobedience,' 'Slavery in Massachusetts,' and 'A Plea for Captain John Brown.'
