Children in Grades 4-6 will learn how to write original nature-inspired haiku in a fun hands-on workshop. Their instructor will be award-winning poet and Bryn Du Mansion Artist in Residence, Jennifer Hambrick. Each of the student participants will choose one of his or her original haiku to put onto a smooth rock to keep. Haiku rocks will be taken home to enjoy or to be placed in a location of the child's choosing. For more information about Bryn Du's Artist in Resident, please visit BrynDu.com. This workshop is limited to 20 children and is free.
