Granville Kids
"Be a Tree" dog bite prevention program will be offered on Saturday< May 3rd for children in Kindergarten through 3rd grade. This innovative and interactive program was created by the nonprofit organization Doggone Safe. Children will earn how to act safely around dogs. The 45 minute program will be held in the community room at 1 p.m.
Story Times We offer story times in spring and fall. Toddler time for 18 months to 36 months with a caregiver meets on Thursdays at 10:00 a.m. Preschool story time for three to five year olds meets on Tuesdays and Wednesdays at 10:00 a.m. and Tuesdays at 1:00 p.m. Our spring programs will begin the week of February 26th. Summer Programs Each summer we offer a theme based program of summer reading to school age boys and girls. We hope to encourage reading for enjoyment during the summer months. There are a variety of special events including crafts and entertainment that are part of our summer reading program. There is also a "read to me" club for preschool children. See the calendar of events for this summer's special activities.
